• If you are a new patient, please see the new patient form
• If possible, complete the form and either bring it with you or email it to reception@horshamskincancerclinic.com.au
• Bring a list of any medications you are currently taking.
• Please do not wear face make-up other than mascara to your appointment.
• Your first visit will include a thorough consultation and examination by Dr. Lester. He will discuss your medical history, conduct a skin check, and outline a personalised care plan.

Horsham Skin Cancer Clinic is a private billing clinic with an out of pocket cost for services.
Full Body Skin Checks are $195 and after medicare rebate the out of pocket is approximately $115
Pensioners have a discounted out of pocket of approximately $70
For specific or targeted skin checks, please call us to confirm the cost involved.

Procedures

Out of pocket costs range from $150 for simple procedures up to $400 based on the complexity.
Our nurse or reception staff will discuss the costs associated with your procedure before any bookings.

The clinic has EFTPOS facilities including the capability to directly return medicare rebates to your account on the day.
Please ensure you settle your account prior to leaving on the day of your appointment.
